Finally got to see my daughter Rachel's exquisite senior art exhibit at George Fox University. The name of her exhibit is "Marrow," and her specialty is ceramics. What inspires me about her work is the philosophy behind it - that art fosters community. In her case, with the beautiful mugs and dinnerware, it indeed does.
