First full day home since returning late last night from a marathon road trip from Oregon to Kansas. Though I could have chosen from a number of lovely mountain scenes from the past few days, I prefer the simple and subtle beauty (the Western Meadowlark) of my home state for today's photo.
This shot was taken on my way home from a last minute trip to the grocery store before everything closes on Christmas Day.
