Wispy Lens

Are there any cloud experts out there? What do you call the curvy wispy stuff? Lenticular?

They may be cirrus--or mare's tail--clouds. Cirrus clouds are high elevation clouds, but these look a little thick. Maybe someone else has a better idea.

I believe it is Virga. This is a cloud raining but the precipitation does not reach the ground.Love the colour :-)
