Great-Tailed Grackle?

From a distance, I was sure this was a crow. But the lighting gives the impression this bird has strong blue tones. Thoughts?

I don't think it's a crow - the beak is too pointy. Whatever he is, he's very handsome - splendid capture :)

Amazing capture. Love the colors. Perhaps it is a common grackle. Without your geographic location, I'm not able to ID this bird. If you live in the US, may I introduce this free "Merlin Bird ID by Cornell Lab of Ornithology" app to you so that you could ID your birds easily :)
