There really is a deer problem in Qualicum Beach. This is a commonplace sight....seeing two young bucks nibbling on the lawns and garden plants. They aren't afraid of much either.
@teiko Depends on who you are. They eat plants and trees, so if you are a gardener, you HATE them. I am not. They also wander aimlessly and you have to keep a close eye out so that you do not hit one with your car. Finally, they become weak when there are too many of them and there is too much inbreeding. We need a cull, but that is not popular. :(
