I walk past this flag every morning to get in my car - to go to work- to do the right thing - for my family and my community. The sun shone down on Old Glory this morning and reflected the morning light as I passed . . I just pray for that light to shine on my country again. I pray for hope and peace and kindness and goodness.. it’s there - I know it is....
Our town is having a city-wide prayer meeting - all denominations - on the courthouse square tomorrow night. With social distancing and masks, I do hope it is well attended. We have so much to lose by continuing as a nation on the path I see - I know that's not the outcome we mean to be striving for. So much of the good is out there - we just need to bring it forward.
Wonderful capture of Old Glory...Indeed...Erasing America's history, taking away any its founding freedoms are extremely radical actions that are unacceptable and unproductive.
