Tree Rat!

Not keen on these little blighters but couldn’t resist a quick capture as it was sitting on top of my shed quietly contemplating the next move. I know it’s not a great photo but it’s a moment in time. (That for the photo police sitting on my shoulder 😒)

They are not really rats! They might be a nuisance but they are pretty cute!

LOL! Cute shot. They are are pretty destructive to bluebird houses and hummingbird feeders.

Funny isn't it that we are not generally allowed to discriminate nowadays, but we make an exception for grey squirrels, (and in my case, pigeons and magpies).

I used to love squirrels when I lived in the UK but we don't have them here. We do have possums though and I love them too. We get possums regularly in our garden. Not easy to photograph though as they are night animals.
