This is glorious like a woodcut or linocut image. Where were you to photograph the boats and the woodpecker?

@marshwader it’s a Kingfisher!

The kingfisher is from a linocut. The Reed’s are from a screen print and some acrylic paints with salt sprinkled. The boats are a photo turned into a sketch. Lots of elements from various images are put together.

I would change just one tiny detail: the Kingfisher’s hat…

@jlmatherdo you mean the reed that is sticking up behind him? I would have to photoshop that out. This is how the original art work was of course.
