Like a kid on Christmas Eve, I felt so excited when I looked around me today. The fields on my way home, the pavement under my feet, the grass around my house... and I kept smiling and thinking: "it's going to be completely covered in white when I wake up tomorrow". Finally a proper snow storm...

Love your excitement! That's exactly how I would have felt!!!!! It's thrilling, liberating, exciting and gives one a sense of adventure. The "normal" life stops for a bit because.... well, because frozen water is falling out of the sky. Love the anticipation in your text!
