There were only about two feet (60 cms) of snow on the ground at the time I captured my happy daughter, but it will not stop falling until late tonight. This massive winter storm clobbered the eastern US today, affecting about 85 million people and shutting down major cities such as Washington, DC and New York City... We just went sledding and will make linguini alla vongole for dinner, because I successfully secured fresh clams yesterday. Priorities, people.
@kategoring I did Kate hee!! Not as long as I will tomorrow when the crazy winds die down, but I got a workout just stepping through all that snow. :) :)
Stay safe and warm through these testing times. They tell me this storm will hit the UK on Tuesday. No snow, but torrential rain. Just what we need with half the country still recovering from the recent flooding. :(
