Jamaican Jerk Chicken is a new recipe I tried just to get a "J" photo and it was well-received. I omitted the habanero or scotch bonnet pepper since not everyone likes their mouth to be on fire while they are eating, but it was still very flavorful. As soon as the weather warms up, I'm anxious to try this on the grill.
