Okay, so does anyone else find this a bit scary? This is the Kombucha jar that lives in our basement fermenting a new batch of tea each week (for my husband, I don't drink it). I know it's good for you, but I just can't get into the vinegary flavor. My guess is that if you like Kombucha then you don't mind the scobies at the top that multiply each week. If brewing your own Kombucha sounds fun, you can get your own starter kit on Amazon.
