I only had time for a quick shot when I saw this guy. I think it's a peregrine falcon.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful bird. I was looking at it last night as my husband walked by me and he stopped and said "Hey, is that a Peregrine Falcon?" So I think you are right.... ;)

@thimblelady @hbdaly Thanks! I took this one shot and then ducked around to another clearing that was closer but he was gone so I didn't see him fly away to get a better look for identification :(
