Books I read in April

From top to bottom:
A book described as coming of age fiction which I attempted to read for book club but hated it. The first book Ive ever discarded without finishing it.
A general fiction that was an enjoyable easy read
A womens fiction that was also an enjoyable easy read
A crime story that was a bit repetitive and a bit long but an ok read
A womens fiction that was a bit cheesy but an enjoyable read
I love the colours and the way you present your books, wish I had the time to read more.

Always amazes me how many books you read that I have never heard of. It's like Kathy's Book Corner once a month!

I'll not bother with reading "The Book of Form & Emptiness" then! ;-)

My goodness, you get to read so much. I’m still struggling with American Dirt this month, it’s brilliant but a hard read

A nice selection though I don’t think I’ll try the one you discarded 😊

I enjoy Diane Chamberlain’s books - I don’t know of this one. Will check it out.

I am also loathe to not finish a book. But there have been a few lately that I just could not face another page of.

Colleen Hoover is very popular right now although I've never read any of her books.

@cocokinetic - too many books too little time. Give it a chance then put it down, although it's taking 100+ pages lately for me to get interested in some of the books I've been reading.
