My first attempt at fireworks shots... Unfortunately they ended up being a bit further away than I had hoped... but I got more comfortable with my tripod and my camera settings, so we'll call it a learning experience. Luckily the Calgary Stampede is less than a week away with 10 days of nightly fireworks displays with which to practice!
@kkiyo@lyno@agavegirl13@cheyrebecca ~ Thanks! I was hoping for a city skyline view with the fireworks, but those ones didn't work as well as this one that I zoomed into. I thought 15 minutes was going to be a long time to try different settings and get a million shots to choose from, but it went by so fast!
