We're treated to a nightly display of fireworks for the 10-day Calgary Stampede - and as an extra bonus, they have extra shows at 4 locations other than the Stampede Grounds on the weekends for the Stampede's 100th Anniversary. From the ridge behind our house, we can see 3 of the shows! These ones are on the Stampede grounds, just behind the aptly named Saddledome.
I put some serious blood into this shot - the mosquitoes were insane! Might try for some more fireworks shots, but will have a bath in repellant before I go next time!
