Saskatchewan Fields by kph129

Saskatchewan Fields

Road trip day back home to Calgary. My husband drove for the first half, while I was busy taking pictures out of the window. Always challenging at highway speeds! I liked that this one included some typical rural south Saskatchewan subjects with the hay bales, golden field, dilapidated old farm building and wide open sky.

My extra for the day includes another typical sight along the Trans-Canada highway: a train! http://365project.org/kph129/extras/2012-09-03
That's a great autumn shot! I love the colours!

Great capture - and I know only too well how hard those "out the window" shots can be! Better than the first try we had at hay bales, I think :). I love the placement of the farm building in the shot, and the different colours of the green, gold, and blue.
