For the Get Pushed challenge,Tammeray asked me to take "a night photo of a single building in your community (like on of the churches) using only the light from the building or street lights as lighting".
Well, our community is pretty church-heavy, but I did a night drive around and none of them were lit up at all. I decided to go with the new Spark Science Centre that is just a couple minutes from us (yay for Juliet!). It is great at night as the lights change colours every few seconds. I wasn't sure how that would turn out in a photo, but it worked out okay. Shot it from across the Deerfoot Trail freeway to get some light trails in there as well.
Oh, and this was my first picture edited in Lightroom. A definite learning curve, but I'm beginning to see the appeal... Yay to learning new things, right!?
