Juliet on White by kph129

Juliet on White

For Get Pushed this week, Brigette asked me to "use Negative Space". I often forget the power of not filling the frame with 'stuff'...

(better on black to get the full 'negative space' effect)
@brigette ~ critique welcome!

This probably breaks at least one of the imagined or invented "rules" so beloved by the jargon-loving camera clubs ... and perhaps that's why I like it so much. Absolutely superb, and a definite FAV for me!

Soooo cute! I love the pop of color against the negative white space and the wonderful tilt of her head and shoulder shrug. Super!

Wonderful use of negative space! And I agree with April. That pop of color just adds to your already adorable photo of Juliet. Good choice of clothes and hair bows.

@mcsiegle ~ Thanks, Mary! I lucked out on the colour - it is just what my little fashionista was wearing that day.
