I spotted this umbrella yesterday and I fell in love with the colours... so I bought it!! Although the weather was dreary by mid day, my bright new umbrella put me in a happy mood. Hope you had a lovely Wednesday!
Thanks for all your comments on my chocolate shots from yesterday. I'm diabetic so I only ate a couple of them. My kids happily consumed the rest of the collection.
@ozziehoffy That's so sad! I bought a gorgeous rainbow one in the summer while visiting Seattle. My daughter used it once has a walking stick and the thing fell apart. I was not impressed! This one feels much sturdier and it was half the price of the other one.
@pflaume I don't have photoshop. I use Aperture (by Apple) for the majority of my processing but sometimes I play around on Picmonkey, which is what I did with this shot.
@jcarrollphoto Thanks, Jim. I used a Picmonkey layer (erased over the umbrella) because the sky was just plain white in the original. I thought it needed something.
Cool umbrella! I've been on the lookout for sth like this for a while but not luck yet. I'll have to look at this for the time being :) Love the processing and framing too :)

@sailingmusic The background is the painted texture from pic monkey. The original was a boring bright white so I thought I'd try to jazz it up a bit. Thanks for the comment.
