Meet Dieggo! by kwind

Meet Dieggo!

This is my 14 year old daughter's "baby"! He is part of a school project. She takes him EVERYWHERE with her! She even has to get up in the middle of the night and "feed" and "change it"! She's taking it all very seriously. It's really a horrible picture but I have nothing new from today and since it's mundane egg week I thought it worked.
Very cute

It works really well. Did she draw his face or did he come like that? He is a beautiful egg!

Oh we had one of those, it's quite funny to watch all the care and attention that is given to an egg. My husband told my daughter - if it breaks just get another out the fridge, she was horrified.

@sianipops Her teacher signed the egg in permanent pen so she'd know if someone did a switch. Her teachers sign after each block to verify she has it in her possession. I even have to sign stuff. This egg baby is serious business! Haha.

Cool egg, love the green background & the happy face.

Lol, nice pic of your first "granson"! So they are really doing those things in schools there? To make kids take care of eggs, how intriguong and educational!

Fantastic shot and love the smiley face. What a fantastic project, I wish more schools did it.

I'd never come across this until a certain episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. ;)

What a happy egg - in more ways than one!

Oh boy - quite a responsibility! I think it's so sweet that she's taking it so seriously. Well done her - and not a bad pic at all you. ;-)

Oh I remember when my kids had to do this at school...most of theirs ended up cracked xx

Is he cooked? And is the face really on him? Lol we had to carry 6 puns river rocks we decorated as babies. Both are hard to manage for different reasons. Glad she is taking it seriously

@espyetta It was raw!! She made a soft carrying case. She drew the face herself. It's over now and Dieggo survived!
