My Model

My daughter had her hair up in a bun for two days so when she took it down it was puffy and beautiful! I made her pose for me. We were going for the high key, model with an attitude feel. I'm having a wonderful day... It's my birthday and my husband is flying home in an hour. I got word that I can extend my leave for absence for work for another school year and my mom is cooking me a roast beef and yorkshire pudding dinner. Life is good! I hope you're having a wonderful day too!

So THIS lovely lady is the "little girl" in the TBT photo you posted of them with your mom?! Right? She is a beauty! Your day sounds like the BEST! Especially the news that you can be off another year! I am always so torn about teaching/work. The hours kills me, the paperwork that keeps me from doing the real teaching annoys me to no end, and it can be just so tiring. But....I love "hanging with the kids" and learning new things, talking about books, etc.. I would miss that if retire in 3 years. so....We will just see.
