Day 5 of the Belfast Christmas Market - the exotic burger stall. There are 2 burger stalls one which sells plain beefburgers with different relishes and this one which sells burgers made from different meats like Venison, Wild Boar and Kangaroo.
I am trying to imagine what kangaroo meat would taste like. I have a friend that can't eat anything made with rabbit meat because she thinks of them as too cute. I'd probably have trouble with kangaroo meat- but I'm sure it's quite common Down Under. Nice capture.
