I think you are having some trouble with camera shake. There is a rule of thumb that your shutter speed should be faster than the reciprocal of your focal length. In this case, your focal length is 45mm suggesting a minimum shutter speed of 1/45 seconds. Your shutter is set at 1/15. It is quite difficult to hold the camera steady for anything longer than 1/60.
