This came as a surprise to Heidi but I've never opened an avocado before... I'd seen videos on how to do it, but I've never cooked with one, or honestly ever even had a plain avocado before... But I have decided that 1. I love them and 2. scrambled egg with avocado is AMAZING! Seriously... try it.
