Well- I have to retake the job tests... but this one doesn't include the practice tests (thank god I've already taken them) but also it includes extra tests that I was not prepared for! There was an outlook (Microsoft's mail app). I took that one today, and did amazingly well. I have never used outlook before so I watched a 30 minute youtube tutorial before the test. I actually did better on this test than on word or excel!
