I Love Orson Scott Card and I'm so surprised that I had never even heard of Songmaster,(originally published in 1980) but it's good. Weird with plenty of unexpected twists but good. It's very short and was free on Audible, and probably recommend to me because more than half of my audible books are Orson Scott Card...
I'm posting to 365 in Jan 12, 2020 and this book is still sitting with me. The entire concept of a songbird who sings people's emotions back to them has been living rent free in my mind.
