I went to Red River Beach in Harwich today and the wind was blowing so hard that just stepping out of my Jeep left me as sand blasted as I'd be if I had tumbled with a wave. Since I didn't want to ruin my camera, I took photos out the passenger window today.
Tonight my husband and I have a date night planned for a game of Scrabble in front of the fire. I'll catch up with all of you tomorrow. Hope you have a great weekend!

What kind of bird is that? Wings look long and gray for it to be a gull, but I could be wrong. ;-) This photo is so dramatic! When you described what it was like coming out of your vehicle, I could actually feel the sand pelting from when we were on the Cape during a wind storm. Brrr and ow! :-)
