Today I spend the afternoon in Provincetown with four fellow 365-ers: my mom, Bev Carmichael, (@carmichaelbev), my aunt, Shirley Banford, (@sabanford), Laura Thornton (@ptowncook)
and Sally Gustavson (@numinee). We had lunch at a restaurant with this view, walked around and took some photos on a very cloudy day and then ate some yummy gelato on a deck overlooking a similar scene. It was SO much fun!
Well it sounds like you all had a wonderful time together. And if we ever get up that way we definitely must attempt to have a meet up of our very own.
Excellent. I've found that no matter what group you belong to, meet ups always tend to be so much fun. You get to hang with people who share similar interests and talk "shop" without getting the rolled eyes from people in your group.
Family, most of the time, don't get your passion when you start talking. Meet up groups understand perfectly.
Laurie - it's great that you were able to get together with family members and new-found friends on 365 - sounds like you had a great time. I've been thinking about a get-together in Boston this summer for the Massachusetts delegation - would you be interested? BTW - love your colorful kayak photo!
Great fun to meet up - a shame there's such a big pond of water between us or I'd be over like a flash!! Great pops of colour on a grey day here. Sound like fun!
