I was so touched that my dear 365 friend Terry dedicated a gorgeous foliage shot to me yesterday ( http://365project.org/sarasdadandmom/365/2012-10-14) that I set out to find him an example of our less spectacular foliage today. The trees on Cape Cod are mostly oak and scrub pine so we have a very muted autumn. But I found these pretty leaves on the edge of a pond that has some great fishing. So this one is for you Terry (@sarasdadandmom). Thank you for your friendship, always.
Whoaaaaaaaaaa, what a great POV on this one. I have been to cape cod in October and you have some beautiful colors, I took a trip to Nova Scotia and came down through upper state New York and on through Cape Cod. It was an amazing trip. I almost overdose on color.
That Terry is quite a guy, isn't he Laurie. The colors are really nice, and depending on the time of day, I'
m sure they glow beautifully. Our colors are more deep this year, though I found a few spots that were all lit up.
Even subtle fall colors are beautiful. You found some great ones, here, Laurie. Love the POV.
Nice article in the paper this morning about your husband. He sounds like a great guy (no surprise there). Love that he does that cooking class. I cut out the recipe for pumpkin cobbler. Sounds yummy!
