Stranger in Fog

After so many artic like days where Cape Cod Bay almost completely froze over, I wanted to see what it looked like today. The balmy 40 degree air temp combined with all that ice created a dense fog. A few others were drawn out by the warmer weather, including this gentleman is the most interesting get-up.
