This is a memory place for me. In my youth, back when I ate fast food, I used to grab a taco salad from Wendy's at the Orleans rotary and then head here to eat it in my Jeep. The views are expansive from any angle. This is the view facing Eastham. An older man called me over to his car for a chat about the area. While he sat in his warm car, I nearly froze, but I couldn't figure out how to politely get out of the conversation. My fingers still hurt.
I can see how sharp the land looks meaning cold temps! Also the snow is a giveaway. You could have blown on your fingers and shook them up and down and even jumped up and down!
i guess that is what happens when you are such a nice person. It really is a great view. We have a Fort Hill in Edmonton that leads from the southside to the river. It has a nice skyline view from there. I will have to get a shot of it one of these days
What a wonderful perspective to shoot from. I've been loving those blue skies and gold sea grass. Can't say I don't miss looking at the scenery. Wonderful photo, Laurie.
It's awful when people corner you like that and you can't get out of the conversation fast enough... Hope your fingers have thawed by now :)
