Some days you just have more time than others. Today, I actually took some time to take photos and visited lots of places. This photo was prompted by a conversation with my daughter. Then storm prep took over. Apparently a blizzard might be coming our way...
Great capture of the calm . . . the clouds, the reflection, the stillness depicted. The tilted post is great because it goes with the idea of something amiss despite the regularity of the rest.
For a second shot, I wonder if cropping out one of the posts in the front would have made it less like you are peering through goal posts? Perhaps the one on the left, so the snow becomes more of a "hint" ? No, when I used my hand to cover it up alternately, I'm thinking the one on the right, even though I like how the sun hits it . . .
