A Hydrant... by lauriehiggins

A Hydrant...

Because we have so many fires at the beach.

I went to Nauset Beach today to check out the damage from the storm and most of my photos were more photo journalism than artistic. The bench I posted on February 5 with the 49-ers cap is almost entirely buried. Only one corner remains. Apparently another storm is on its way.
so unusual--to see a hydrant at the beach...great shot and love the fence !:)

This is something I've never seen. Nice looking beach! I hope you don't need the hydrant.

What a weird place to put a hydrant! Sorry about the changes and erosion caused by the storm. Nature is a tough lady sometimes... It's almost as if she is getting back at us!

Well where else would they get water if there were a sand fire?! I mean, other than the ocean and all.....

You don't have fires at the beach, do you? Sounds like you leave the beach to sort itself out while all these storms come in!
