Flamingos at Lake Manyara in Tanzania, amazing to see so many of these birds in one place feeding. With them occasionally, for no apparent reason, flying up and landing again a couple of meters further.
Always a treat to see big flocks of flamingos. Such elegant birds. @taffy as far as I am aware flamingos in Africa are non-migratory. Sometimes due to climate changes and water levels in their breeding areas, some flamingo colonies may relocate.
Such a great overall view of the flamingo colonies. Wish you could have gotten closer to get some groupings with those wonderful reflections in the water.
