Ducks In The Hood

By the time I decided to go check on the feeders at the park it was lightly raining. I decided to spend a little time at the bird/duck blind since it's undercover and my camera and I would stay dry. I was excited to see so many different types of ducks enjoying the rainy day. It was very peaceful and quite after all the banging yesterday.

They got the new roof done in one day (yesterday) which is great since it is now raining.

That pretty pair are hooded mergansers. I've seen the females, but never lucky enough to see a male.
