So glad I visited the National Tree on Monday because the temperatures have plummeted. The National Tree is surrounded by decorated trees representing every state and has a huge village set up underneath it with trains chugging round and round.
I hope to visit Arlington Cemetery tomorrow to help lay wreaths on all the grave sites but freezing rain may prevent me from driving to the metro. Hoping the weather forecast is wrong.
