Empty Little Chair by lifepause

Empty Little Chair

Her chair it now sits empty
She has outgrown its size.
But I can still remember
The excitement in in her eyes!
The littlest of tea cups
In her pudgy hands.
Pretending royalty exists
And she within those lands.
And now that she is grown
Her dreams were not so wrong
She'll be living with her prince
And this will be their song.
So little empty chair
May one day again be filled
With an heir to the one who left
And all will just be thrilled!!

Brilliant, Jae!!

@bella_ss Thanks Sheralee - it was a garage sale safe, refinished. There's a matching chair with her sister's name on it too! Oh the two of them were so sweet.
