I love Penang!

We have been in Thailand for 1 month now and thus needed to do a visa-run. We went to Penang in Malaysia, and I love that place! It is such a mix of Chinese, Malay, Indian, Nyonya and a touch of Arab in there as well. It is such an interesting place, you can wander around for hours just looking at all the cute shop houses, some old and falling apart, most of them is still lived in and trading going on as it always have, and some have been very smartly restored and now houses boutique hotels and cute cafes.
