Bill and I decided to use our Groupon for a local Italian restaurant this evening before it expired in a couple of days. While we were waiting for our food, my aunt and uncle came through the door on the same mission! They ended up joining us, and we enjoyed our wonderful meal with wonderful company. We spent so much time in the restaurant that I was short on time for a picture so Bill suggested I take a picture of them as they drove away in their cute little convertible bug. Perhaps he only suggested the photo as a diversion so I couldn’t yell “Slug Bug” and punch him in the arm. No matter the motive, it was a good idea on his part.
I always wanted a VW....an old vintage one...or even a VW hippie bus! :)
