We hit record lows in Los Angeles last night. It was so cold in Van Nuys, CA, that the fountain outside my office froze. Yeah, I know. Boo-Hoo the rest of the country says, but to us, this is as cold as it gets. This is a picture of the fountain water at 11 am as it attempts to thaw.
