Back in March, I showed how Target was selling 1974 to "juniors", as illustrated with t he snapshot of a "Vintage" Bowie Diamonf Dogs tee. Today, they've bounced ahead to 1984 with this new lot from their Fall collection. My question is--who are these aimed at? They are in a section of clothing aimed at teens born decades after these groups first appeared on T-Shirts
