Demolition was swift for the Tiffany Theater, though the ghost outline of the original 1920s building can be seen along the newer structure. The rest of the block is being razed next, including the former sites of Dino's Lodge, the Sea Witch (club) and North Beach Leather. I wonder how long it will take to build the condos.
