Ripe Monsterio Delicio

I thought I would show you the inside of the Monsterio Delicio I posted at the end of January.

It has now ripened & I have eaten most of it.
As you can see the skin falls away from the ripe fruit inside.
You then use a fork to pull the fruit segments away from the main stem of the fruit.
It is absolutely delicious.
I know it may not look too appetising, but I can assure you it is :D

@busylady @melissapike @seclark @digitalrn - the taste is awesome. The little black bits can sting your mouth, but if it's ripe, they don't pull out of the main body of the fruit :D
