We left Auckland this morning & arrived here this afternoon.
What a fantastic trip it was - such beautiful countryside - so much to photograph.
Paihia is a paradise.

What a view! I have great memories of Paihia! Ken went deep sea fishing when we were there and he caught a160# yellow-fin tuna! It was the biggest caught that year to date in NZ and he got certificates and a silver pin for the occasion. Too bad we couldn't take the fish home! I've forever regretted the tasty meals we missed!
