Bay of Islands - Treaty of Waitangi

Toady we visited the place where the "Treaty of Waitangi" was signed. What a beautiful area it is. We walked around the grounds, taking in the sight & site of the "Meeting House" and the house where the Treaty was actually signed.
The grounds also hold a huge long boat that have beautiful carvings on it.
So much history here.
