School Holidays - Yay!

Today Gabe, Katrina, Riley & Jaydog called in on their way to Brunswick Heads on holidays to drop Jay off.
We always look after "Jay" when they go away & we look forward to it as much as she does I'm sure.
I made a "Ginger Fluff" cake with fresh cream & boy! was it delicious. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. I had promised to make one a couple of weekends ago, but ran out of time, so this made up for it.
We also went clothes shopping for Riley & had a ball - lots of new things. As we all know, kids grow out of clothes soooo fast

Marvelous family picture!!! Your cake both looks and sounds amazing...are there ginger bits in it? I might need to have you email me that recipe! hint! I guess grandmums and kids are just meant to go shopping together...so many fun choices! Enjoy the dog and I hope the family has a nice vacation!
