Lucy

We're flying to Colorado early tomorrow morning to celebrate my sister's birthday. I've just put Lucy's things in the car to drive her to her Rover.com dog sitter. It makes it easier to leave Lucy when she's with a family that she loves (especially their 13 year old daughter) and who takes great care of her!

Aw...she knows you are leaving. Taking out a suitcase used to stress Nutmeg (in fact, all my dogs over my lifetime) out -- they knew what they meant and would not let me leave their sight. Always held out hope that they were coming along.
