Outside the chiropractor’s office this morning the roses were so lovely. This rose convinced me that May will be a month of Pink!
Update on my back: I have a pinched nerve and have been on a medical leave from work since March 25th and will be until at least May 23rd. Chiropractor visits, decompression table, physical therapy and ibuprofen are my new job.
What a lovely start to the month of May - a beautiful rose and colour . So uncomfortable when you are in constant pain ! I hope things will be sorted out for you soon and you will be in the "pink" again soon !🙏
The best thing for a pinched nerve is plenty of rest and pain killers. I wouldn't make too many chiropractor visits though, they always seem to cause more harm than good in my experience.
