reflection

There was very little wind this morning - uncommon at this time of year, and the reflections on Lake Burley Griffin were quite striking.
Tonight I did manage to improve my night photography (compared with yesterday anyway !), and I will continue to refine that skill for a while before posting another night shot. 365 is about being willing to be challenged out of my comfort zone, and improving my skills, but also about realistically appreciating what is & what isn't achievable with my specific camera & equipment. I have to continue to push the camera & myself to the limit to find those boundaries I guess!
I love the yellow line stressing perspective....great pic

Thanks @maribelrivera - The early morning light has probably not given enough detail in the trees, but the yellow buoys and the clouds in the water looked fantastic in real life.

I learnt something from this - if I were there I would have left the floating rope out but I actually love it in this shot - it adds depth and interest. Beautiful shot.

Nice shot, I don't think you need detail in the trees, they're not what this image is about, it's fine like it is.

Thanks @deens. Funnily enough, this was the only 'true' landscape I took in the batch, as I never seem to capture what I think I am capturing in landscapes. I was inspired to try & 'see' it as a landscape after seeing the great lanscapes (including yours!!) on 365.
